I had the opportunity to design a commissioned poster for the Adobe 99U Conference in NYC through the Adobe Creative Apprenticeship Program.
Tina Roth Eisenberg, an Adobe Creative Collective member, led creative direction for this project, and it was such an impactful, collaborative experience. My work was featured at the conference, where creative leaders gathered to discuss the future of creative work.
The poster centered on the theme “Collaborative Canvas.” I was inspired by the history of quilting as a community-driven, collaborative medium, and I wanted to explore the intersection of textiles and typography. Since both practices often rely on a grid, I mapped out a geometric quilt pattern and designed custom type to fit the individual pieces.
